You. Yes, you. We welcome your participation in the work of helping individuals and families gain skills and confidence and reach financial stability. There’s something for everyone at Opportunity Junction:
- If you have a little extra time, we have rewarding volunteer opportunities at all levels of involvement and expertise. We are grateful to envelope-stuffers, volunteer trainers, and pro bono professionals alike.
- If you need a little extra time, we have trained administrative staff to help you out on a temporary basis or whom you can hire permanently (currently, with no “finder’s fee”). Become an official Hiring Partner, and we’ll let the whole world know that you share our passion for building individuals’ capacity and self-sufficiency.
The same goes for that other precious resource: money. Whether you have it or need it, we can help you make the most of it.

- If you have set aside money to invest in the community, Opportunity Junction relies on tax-deductible donations to support our programs and organization and has a highly efficient infrastructure, in part because of our volunteer support. Only 14% of our annual budget is spent on administration and fundraising combined.
